NLand Surf Park

SIGNAGE

Designed with Barrett Fry and DJ Stout at Pentagram. All photography by Kenny Braun.

The architecture of park buildings was inspired by uncomplicated beach structures with a minimal color palette. Doors and ceilings received color to match the sign system.

Building ID signs (right) were placed on corners for better visibility.

With a 14-acre surfing lagoon (the size of 9 football fields) there was a need to identify the different launch pads or entry points so surfers could find one another or their lesson groups.

A series of banners were mounted on the stadium lighting system to meet this need.

Icon set created for use throughout the park and online. The angular styling was in line with the identity and modern sporty feel of the brand.
