Thai Fresh is an icon tucked in South Austin's Bouldin Creek neighborhood. More than just amazing Thai Food, it is part gluten-free bakery, part coffeehouse, part vegan ice cream mecca and part learning center. This book showcases over 100 of chef and owner Jam Sanitchat's family recipes along with ingredient profiles and pro tips and is a love letter to the community she's fed since 2008.
